Overwork of the merging ticket wizard - add search

Right now we always have to copy the right ticket number - that leads to several clicks more then necessary - i would love to see an search option to look for other tickets. (nothing that needs to be done but a nice feature that was often requested by several agents i work with)

  • Average tickets a day: 10-150
  • What roles/people are involved: it techs, customer relations agents
