Overview "No Tag" shows Tickets with Tags

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: irrelevant

Expected behavior:

  • The Overview shall show every Ticket wich hasn’t any Tags assigned

Actual behavior:

  • The Overview shows a random number of Tickets.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create new Overview
  • Set Filter 1: State is “New, Open”
  • and
  • Set Filter 2: Tags does not contain all “”

Prior Version 6 the Overview Worked as intendet.

This configuration does not work, it will never become truthy.
There’s no way to tell Zammad to ignore anything with tags as of now. You might workaround it with a tag that nobody uses though.

Thanks for the reply. Meanwhile i kind of resolved the issue by automatically adding the Tag: “NoTag” when a new Ticket is created…

So WE can consider this Thread AS resolved.
