Overview for Groups

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: deb package
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

I would like to have an overview for agents, that shows them all groups, they have permission to view, so they can have a look into the tickets of a specific group, like I have in OTRS. I’ll attach a screenshot from OTRS below for better understanding.

I didn’t know, whether this is already possible, thus I need technical assistance or if this would be a new feature, so I posted it here.

Zammad and OTRS have completely differing concepts on how to provide the user the tickets it’s allowed to see. Zammad uses overviews which technically provide everything based on your conditions - as long as the user has permissions to do so.

Above is already done automatically, except for a group restriction or selection you know from OTRS.
