Outgoing emails with wrong email address

  • Used Zammad version: 3.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: Docker

Hi.
When I first installed Zammad for testing I created a custom email address, help-test@domain.com. Now I’ve moved it to production, I’ve disabled the help-test account and configured the production help. Unfortunately when I create a new ticket from the console outgoing emails are originated from help-test.

As said the test email account has been disabled and not deleted. I’ve seached around but wasn’t able to find how to configure the correct sender for outgoing tickets. Where is it?

The group settings decide what the outgoing mail address is.
You have to change the mail address within the affected group.
