OTRS 6 Migration - Tickets not able to be viewed

  • Used Zammad version: 5
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Package
  • Operating system: RHEL

Expected behavior:

  • Used OTRS 6 migration tool to migrate users and tickets from our old ticket system into our new Zammad environment.

Actual behavior:

  • Tickets are coming over during the migration, as we can see them in the zammad db, but do not show up when using the web GUI, i.e. it appears there are no tickets at all despite bringing over 9k tickets.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Have OTRS 6 (Community) and Zammad 5 Community environment
  • Use OTRS Migration tool
  • Import OTRS data to Zammad

Bumping this to see if anyone has any ideas?

:person_shrugging: Possibly running Cache.clear in the console might help.
You also may want to look for errors in your production.log.
