Organization user cannot see their colleague tickets if the organization is shared

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 24
  • Browser + version: 147.0.7727.118

Expected behavior:

  • If the organization is shared, organization users can see their organization users tickets.
  • A supervisor can see their team members created tickets for themselves.
  • Also please clarify, if there is any option to users can see their team and collogue tickets from zammad helpdesk application.

Actual behavior:

  • I have enabled shared organization is yes, but user cannot see their collogue tickets from zammad helpdesk application.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Are the users that cannot see the shared tickets customers at all?

Except admin and agents, a user can see other user created tickets in zammad helpdesk.

There is any possibilities the supervisor can see their team members tickets.
