- Used Zammad installation type: Package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 24
- Browser + version: 147.0.7727.118
Expected behavior:
- If the organization is shared, organization users can see their organization users tickets.
- A supervisor can see their team members created tickets for themselves.
- Also please clarify, if there is any option to users can see their team and collogue tickets from zammad helpdesk application.
Actual behavior:
- I have enabled shared organization is yes, but user cannot see their collogue tickets from zammad helpdesk application.
