- Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
- Browser + version: Edge, Chrome, Opera
Expected behavior:
- logged in as an agent, Tickets display the Organization selection field
Actual behavior:
- logged in as an agent, Organization selection field disappears shortly after the new ticket page loads. There is no core workflow touching that field or taking it away. Upon opening the new ticket page:

- Open the new ticket page
Is there some permission somewhere that causes this? I’m sure I’m just forgetting something simple. This started happening after one of my LDAP syncs ran.
