Hi, i have a question about Organization object custom fields.
- I want to add a custom field, that viewable by customer and editable by agents. Our customers have a monthly limit for opening tickets (hours limit). Customer must see how much hours available at this moment. When i add custom field in System → Objects customer can`t see this field. Is there any way to resolve this case with standard functional? Or this is a bug, and when ticket.customer view permission assigned all customers within organization must see this field (in my case they see only organization name).
