Options for Overviews


  • Used Zammad version: 2.3
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) deb
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome latest

Expected behavior:

  • Every Agent should have the “Options” Button in the right corner, so that he can change the show ticket information in the table.

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • create an Agent with only have permission to create tickets
  • check the assigned overviews (the button “options” is missing)
  • change the permission and give the agent the admin permission
  • he will se the option button

Right now this is not possible for agents.
But there have been some enhencement requests to change this behaviour.
Also the request, that each agent should be able to create its own personal overviews.
