On of our customer had the following idea:
It would be great to be able to manipulate time variables - e.g.:
- only print specific informaton from a timestamp e.g.
- Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Time (HH:MM)
- being able to adjust the timezone the timestamp is being displayed (default is UTC right now)
This would affect information variables like pending time, closing time etc and would allow users to send more detailed notification Mails to their users. E.g. telling a other until when he has time to reply to the mail to reopen the issue.
Not every user is familar with “UTC” and such sorta things.
