Option to hide ticket state (open, closed)

Hey,

we have a customer requesting to be able to hide certain ticket states from the customer e.g. “closed”, “open”.

Personally I think that this should be an optional thing. It also makes sense to hide the ticket state if the customer is not supposed to reopen tickets or things like that.

Edit: Johanna had a great idea to that topic: It’d be great if you could do that per customer company (if needed).
