Only "new" ticket status can be selected

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version:6.5.2
  • Used Zammad installation type:package
  • Operating system:Ubuntu 22
  • Browser + version: edge 154.0.4258.37

Expected behavior:

  • any ticket status can be selected ( closed, pending close, etc..)

Actual behavior:

  • only “new” showig up in the selection dropdown

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • created the same core workflow in test system, same behavior

  • workflow set like below

  • when i want to set the state, its like this (only “new” can be selected:

Before anything else, upgrade to Zammad 7.2 asap.
Zammad 6.,5.x is outdated and there were several CVEs fixed.

Also, Core Workflow behavior may have changed during the time.
