Hey guys,
are there any plans on expanding the notifications in Zammad or make them customizable? If an agent updates some ticket attributes, you will get a “Agent Smith updated Ticket” popup in your browser - but you kind of have to guess what has been changed. I feel like the notifications could be less vague, atleast if you are the ticket owner or you were involved in the past.
“Agent Smith added a note”
“Agent Smith closed ticket”
“Agent Smith set you as owner”
