Office 365 setup

Was just poking around in Zammad and saw the office 365 where you could link your account. I linked my account and then Zammad started sending out ticket inquiry’s to users in my domain really fast. Had to of been like 60tickets in under 5 minutes. Anyone ever seen this before? Is that the expected behavior? It’s kind of putting me off from using Zammad going forward.

Here’s and example of one of the tickets:
