(Office 365 I Can't Configure email) Host is not reachable with correct credentials and configuration

It seems that there is a general problem with email configuration. I have tried a gmail also.

You’re trying to speak IMAP via an SMTP-Port and to a SMTP-Host.

Thank you indeed IMAP isn’t correct configuration but even with correct things it has the same problem.

You are right there is no need to hurry, i can wait as long as it takes. I accidentally opened a new topic because i thought that this is a matter of a bug and not a config thing. Sorry :slightly_frowning_face: Currently i am using zammad just to learn how it works and experiment with this nice ticketing platform. If i decide to use it in production i will definetly propose to get a contract.
