Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: *
  • Browser + version: Edge

I have zammad setup in http and it sits behind my reverse proxy handling https. This is working splendid behind a Cloudflare tunnel. I am running into some issues with callback uri being http and it needs to be https for Microsoft as when you go to login. It will drop you into the error the uri doesn’t match.

AADSTS50011: The redirect URI ‘http:’ specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application.

Is there a way to change this without having to roll a SSL and such on the local copy which is http?

I resolved this by going to settings > system > base and turning http type to https
