Objest permission, problem occurs after performing the newest update

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Firefox 91.5.0

Expected behavior:

  • some objects are supposed to be shown only for agents:

Actual behavior:

  • some objects which are supposed to be shown only for agents appear at creation ticket for the customer

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Can’t reproduce that.
Ensure that the user you’re testing this behavior with has no agent permissions at all.

Also, Core Workflows can cause this behavior.

I’ve already managed to solve the issue. Another workflow did it, this one which made one field not visilble for our users.
