I would like to receive a notification if someone responds to the ticket, in which i commented, even though I do not own the ticket.

I think this https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/208 will address your request.

Yes, it address the request, but unfortunately there is no solution yet. Can we solve it with a trigger?

I don’t see a I way to get it with trigger.

This is indeed not possible, as you can’t define a custom E-Mail-Address.

ok, I think the solution would be an abonnement-function where the user can link or unlink himself in tickets

I am assuming that this has been solved with the subscription functionality in Zammad. Due to OPs missing feedback, this is unclear though.
