We use the “out of office” settings when colleagues are on holiday so that we can specify a substitute.
The substitute receives notifications regarding the tickets for which the absent person is the owner.
However, the substitute will not receive any notifications in the following cases:
- the absent person is mentioned in a ticket with @@PersonOnHoliday.
- a ticket to which the absent person has subscribed is updated.
I would expect that the substitute receives all notifications, that the absent person would get, so the behaviour at the moment feels to me like a little misbehaviour. It would be really helpful, when the substitute receives all the notifications in case another person is out of office.
