Expected behavior:
I don’t understand how I can’t use oauth or 365 smtp for notifications, it forces me to have separate notifications from the actual mail.
We come from osTicket which does everything by Microsoft API Graph.
It forces me to have sendmail on the server and to monitor one more IP against SPAM… a real backlog.
I am very disappointed.

I just checked the documentation of osTicket… but I can’t find where it supports GraphAPI email sendouts.

Hello,
But has oauth sending notifications I have to do it out of 365, is something I do not understand.
I have seen on the forums that there are more people with the same problem.
In order to receive notifications I had to use sendmail and when receiving notifications the delay is bigger.
It was not planned back in the day and thus it does not exist. That’s the reason. Unlucky.
