Notification E-Mail to Customer without Attachment

Expected behavior:

  • I configured a Trigger that a Customer get’s an E-Mail with the text the Agent replied to the ticket. When the Agent attaches a file to that replay the Customer get’s an E-Mail with the text but not with the attached file.

Actual behavior:

  • The Customer get’s a e-mail with the text the agent replied but without the file the agent attached.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Add a trigger which runs when a agent adds public text to an ticket and sends that via e-mail to the customer, containing: #{article.body_as_html}.
