Notification Based on Trigger Matching

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: ubuntu package

Is there a way to have a trigger notify a particular user when a set of rules match? For example, returned emails or nuisance addresses that require intervention from a group other than the one to which the ticket is assigned. I would prefer to do this without changing the owner or the group the ticket is assigned to as it could interrupt workflow.
