Not receiving email

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: CentOS
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • Create a ticket via web and receive a mail notification if updated or closed for both agents and customer.

Actual behavior:

  • Create a ticket via web no notification is sent to the creator of the ticket

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Zammad has no default trigger that notifies the customer that the ticket was updated or closed. You’ll have to create them yourself.

If you’re looking at the notification channel: That’s for agent notifications on tickets. It has zero affect on your customers.
