Non-technical manager overview?

Hi

Apologies if there’s an obvious answer - I am quite sleep deprived.

We have groups/orgs setup for each of our site’s facilities teams. The facilities manager who oversees these teams (but does not directly handle tickets) needs to be able to see what’s going on at each of the sites.

How can we achieve this without giving them agent access?

Without agent access? Well any kind of reporting it is then I guess.
My guess is that you still want to show certain information, so I’m gonna suggest using Grafana for this. You have all the info you technically need and can make it work the way you want it to.
