No users in list after LDAP import

  • Used Zammad version: 2.7.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) 2.7.0-1542128389.fd858449 via apt-get
  • Operating system: Debian GNU/Linux 9
  • Browser + version: FireFox 63.0.3

Expected behavior:

  • We imported users via LDAP. It worked fine, but no users are shown within the users list or the user suggest field at “new ticket”

Actual behavior:

  • We looked up at the database: All users are set up in the table users.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • It happens all the time
