No Time Tracking on Mobile View

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2 (latest)
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: iOS latest
  • Browser + version: safari latest

Expected behavior:

  • after appending some internal notes I want to get prompted for time tracking.

Actual behavior:

  • after appending some internal notes, the notes get directly appended to ticket without asking for time tracking.
    Checked with the same ticket on mobile view and on desktop.

Desktop asked me for time
Mobile view does not

Is there in near future the possibility to add time in mobile app, or am I the only one who wants to use it.
Maybe without asking after adding a note. It could be nice to have the ability to add and modify time.

Other question:
I have set my time to quarter hour.

But when I want to get my total time within a time range it would be cool if I get the total time in hours not in quarter

For example

10x 15 minutes
2x 15 minutes

But in my review I want to have 3h

I think you should not mix different topics in one thread.

For time accounting inside the mobile view, this will be possible at one point.
