No time tracking dialog

• Used Zammad version: 6.4.1-1736847225.e899e544.bookworm
• Used Zammad installation type: package
• Operating system: Debain 12
• Browser + version: Browser Independent (Firefox,Chrome, DuckDuckGo)

Expected behavior:

• When updating a ticket, a dialog for time tracking appears.

Actual behavior:

• When updating tickets, no time tracking dialog appears (independent of the agent) What could be the reason for this?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• System Report says:

Hi @deepblue ,

looks like you did not select states for the condition, can you select all states and save?

Then it should appear on all article creations.
