Expected behavior:
- After adding Telegram bot (API, required fields, set to active) to Zammad (Channels/ Telegram), asking bot in Telegram directly or over channel where this bot is added (bot has admin rights) - and nothing happens.
Actual behavior:
- No tickets were created in Zammad, also there are no messages (welcome or goodbye) from the bot in Telegram.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create bot in Telegram, add API to Telegram in Zammad, ask something in Telegram to bot or channel (where he is an admin).
In the production.log I can see errors like "E, [2024-12-24T15:08:31.194161#726-183820] ERROR – : This page doesn’t exist. (ActionController::RoutingError)
