No Ticket Counts in Reporting Graph When Using External Data Source Object

I’m facing an issue when creating a report profile in Zammad based on an object attribute using an external data source. During the setup, the preview shows matches for the filter, and everything looks fine. However, when viewing the report graph from the specific report profile, no ticket counts are displayed under the “ticket count” option.

Interestingly, when I switch to the “communication” graph, I can see the tickets correctly. The issue seems to only affect the “ticket count” graph.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, or is there a configuration step I’m missing?

  • Used Zammad installation type: Kubernetes
  • Operating system: RHEL 9.3
  • Browser + version: Chrome 127
