No original email content visible in Ticket after forwarding email from Thunderbird to Zammad


Zammad version: 3.4.x

Since the last Thunderbird Release (Version 78.5.1), emails that I forward to Zammad do not display the original content. Sending the same email from another mail client like MS-Outlook will display the full content of the original email.

Is there a way that I can change this behaviour in Zammad.
Wenn I clic on RAW, the whole email will be shown in Thunderbird.

First of all I’d like to suggest to upgrade to Zammad 3.6 asap. You’re prune to security issues.

It’s impossible to help you with that little information.
We receive dozens of mails, also from Thunderbird clients, per day.

Up to now I didn’t see such a behavior yet.
Ensure that your MTA is not “breaking” the mail in some specific way that Zammad can’t handle it.

A next step would to have a look into Zammads production.log.
Looking for ERROR and WARN should be a good start.
