Newly created groups cannot be selected

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker
  • Operating system: RHEL
  • Browser + version: Chrome 136.0.7103.114, Edge Verzió: 136.0.3240.76

Expected behavior:

  • If I add a new group, add a role to it and add a user to the role, then I should see the group in the dropdown menu on the tickets (as an Operator).

Actual behavior:

  • The newly created groups are cannot seen in the dropdown.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a new group
  • Add a new role and give permission to the group within that
  • Add a user to the role and give them a primary- and secondary department

Focus on the role of the user you’re logged in with (the operator in your case). Open that role and scroll down to group permissions and add the newly created group to it with read & create permissions.
