So i have done the feature request.

New ticket from caller log with customer already filled

Title: New ticket from caller log with customer already filled 1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve? When a call comes in from a known customer, you can click the “+”-Button to create a new ticket, where the customer is already filled. When the call is answered, the button disappears, so you can’t click it.
