Infos:

  • Used Zammad version:
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior: load home page after installation and configuring server in zammad.conf and also creating A Record

Actual behavior: showing an Index of/ page at http://zammad.bluespace.ng

Did you define your domain in the server_name parameter in NGINX?

I am not a developer, just followed the script but if you can point me to a resource online to do that, I will appreciate.

No clue what you’re doing, but you may also have wrong DNS or having a look onto the wrong nginx configuration.
