My Organization Tickets Overwiew only shows only owned tickets

Expected behavior:

The My Organization Tickets Overview should show all Tickets from the Organization

Actual behavior:

In the Overview there are only tickets shown that are owned by this user and not all tickets.

Is the organization in question a sharing one or not?

The organization wasn’t a sharing one. But in the settings for the overview there was an option to turn off "Only available for users with sharing organization " so I thought it’s possible to make the overview visible for not sharing organizations too.

I solved the problem by turning my organizations in sharing ones.
