Useful for ‘Request’ style tickets, it would be good to be able to have a customer select multiple items/attributes from custom fields.
I cant see any way to do this currently - only ways to select 1 item from multiple options. If I’m wrong on this, that would be ace! so let me know.
The best way I see it working, would be to have a multiple selection field operating via left to right columns similar to the image attached. This way, a customer can look at a ‘hardware’ custom field, and select a mouse, keyboard, mobile phone etc etc, rather than only 1 of them items, and having to resort to separate tickets for each (or manually typing into then text description field I guess… but this moves away from formalising things via core workflows).
