Multiple groups per ticket

Instead of only changing the group, allow to include another group

This use case can cover

  • When a Customer sends a mail to multiple groups, instead of creating one ticket for every group, create only one ticket with both groups
  • When Group 1 wants Group 2 to work together with them, they will include Group 2 in the ticket, this way Group 1 and can still answer/read that ticket.
