Multiple font sizes in email signature

Hi,

Is it possible to have an email signature where part of the text will be in a smaller font? At our company we include a disclaimer in small font and I’m currently evaluating Zammad to see if it is suitable and it’s important we can have our ticketing system’s emails match emails from the rest of the company

I don’t think it’s possible, but we solved this with a tool like Exclaimer.

I had the same question when setting up our email signature in Zammad. We also include a small-font disclaimer at the bottom, and it was important for us to keep everything consistent with our company’s standard email formatting.

The good news is: yes, you can use multiple font sizes in your signature. You’ll need to use a bit of inline HTML in the signature settings. For example, you can wrap the disclaimer in a tag to reduce its size.
