Hey there
We are using the zammad version 6.1.0 and would like to use 2 inboxes for our tickets.
Those 2 inboxes are from 2 different m365 tenants as one is for our own customers and one is for a very specific customer.
This specific customer does has his own agents and they need to send their emails from the mailadress of the company.
We connected our own support inbox with the microsoft 365 channels option on our zammad installation. Sadly it seems that we can not add a connection to another tenant.
Is there any way to add the other mailbox to our installation since microsoft needs modern authentication?
