Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Be able to define an ordering on the filter rule application for received tickets if multiple filters match the incoming ticket.

Actual behavior:

  • Its not possible to define in what group a ticket lands if more than one filter rule is applied.

You’re running an outdated Zammad version that’s affected by security advisories. The current stable version of Zammad is 7.0.1, if you have to check AI features first, there’s also a backport which would be 6.5.5. Upgrade asap.

Postmaster filters are evaluated in alphabetical order. So by e.g. numbering filters, you can achieve a “flow order”.
