  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    with many checklist entries it becomes confusing.
    no possibility to group entries.
  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    Example from IT support:
    ToDo’s for preparation, execution, testing, delivery
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    currently only one checklist per ticket is possible.
    There is no grouping option.
  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    Several checklists per ticket should be possible.
    This would allow tasks to be grouped.

Your Zammad environment:

  • Average concurrent agent count: 15
  • Average tickets a day: 50
  • What roles/people are involved: Agent

Wouldn’t it be better suited to split the ticket itself once it went through one of your phases? That way you also have a nice timeline as each phase uses it’s own ticket which gets closed/reopened as needed.
