Moving server from one subnet to another

Hello all,

Im just after a little bit of guidance on migrating my zammad instance from its current IP (10.4.11.225) to its new home (10.4.100.225)

I run zammad on a VM its the only thing on the VM, I then move the network the VM is in to the target, and zammad doesn’t work. i thought it was an NGINX issue, so i have adjusted that but it still fails.

In the settings, i see there is an option to enter the IP address, and it is currently 10.4.11.225. Do i need to change that to the target first, then shut down zammad, modify the NGINX config then move the VM?

Can you please be a bit more precise on “it doesn’t work”?

What exactly doesn’t work? Error messages?
