Mouseover User Information on ticket while logged in as customer

I want customers to see the user profile informational popup when mousing over a profile images next to articles within a ticket.

Help us understand:

When logged in as an Agent, I am able to mouseover a user’s image and a mouseover dialog appears with the user’s information, their organization, etc.

When logged in as an agent, this is not available - no mouseover popup occurs. Is it possible to enable this functionality for customers as well (maybe some permission I just need to enable for the customer role)? This would allow customers to know who is working on their tickets in cases where they don’t know the person by name and they are from a different org.

Usecase environment:

we are an MSP hosting the ticket system for our clients - we have each client set up as an org in Zammad, each org has their own agents and customers assigned. Their IT (agents) often “escalate” tickets to us for resolution via selecting us as a group (we have enabled the field on edits and given them permissions to see our company’s groups)
