More than one owner per ticket

our workflow needs an option for more than one owner per ticket.

is it posible to change the owner menu to an multiple choice menu?

This has also been requested in Multiassign to tickets and nearly had no response.

Zammad does not support this, as the way it works is different.

A small work around would be to use groups more dedicated and not assign a user to the ticket. Every update will cause Notifications to every agent, if the notification settings haven’t been changed.
