More detailed history

Currently the history “only” states what changes have been made and by whom they’ve been made.

BUT in addition to that it would be really cool to see WHY these changes have been made:

  • was it a manual change?
  • was there a trigger changing stuff?
  • was there an automation automating stuff?
  • did the agent execute a macro?

I think you know where i’m going with this… :slight_smile:

To make this even better the information WHICH trigger/automation/macro was used would be nice.
