Mobile App Email Answer modify

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1 latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: iOS Safari (latest) and others

Expected behavior:

  • If I am Within a ticket and want to answer the ticket via email
    I want to highlight or select some specific text To copy or cut.

Actual behavior:

  • I am answering a ticket via email.
    The form pops up
    If I want to select some text to copy, it is not possible to go through multiple lines because the site is moving up and down and not the selected text.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Go into a ticket, Press on answer button, Write some multi line text, Try to select via mobile app Multiple lines. Site will move, but the Kara will stay on the line.

I can confirm that there is currently a problem on mobile devices, but I think it’s related to the editor we are using (we will check if there is already a related bug).

As a workaround, you could select from the bottom to the top. This was working for me (so that your selection starts with the last line you want to select).
