Missing titles in tickets created by mail

Expected behavior:

  • Sending mail to our support mail creating ticket with number and title from email title.

Actual behavior:

  • Sended mail was creating ticket but without title.

test ticket for title

It should create ticket with subject = title of ticket
but it create ticket with - in title. Example:

Could you try anything else besides “test” for the subject?

Test should work.
You don’t happen to have triggers or filters manipulating the subjects?
The headers look perfectly fine.

I was thinking about that, but when I disable all of triggers and filtres nothing changed

I’ve got big mail(10MB) in queue, because one client send in reply 4K BMP file…
When it comes into ticket, titles creating normally. Everything works fine.
But why it was downloading for 4 days…
