When i generate a report i missing the column “Close In Min”
When i open Profil Tickets:-all-(closed) xls i didn`t habe the Colum “Close in Min”
The calender an time is active.
Here a little more information:
I see the column when i go under admin - Time Accounting - Ticket
I don´t see the column when i go under Reporting - Profiles - Closed
close_in_min is a SLA based information and technically has nothint to do with time accounting.
While this information is not avilable within reporting UI or time_accouting UI, you can find this information within the Excel export.
It’s currently not possible to show more information in these reports - technically the UI only shows a rough overview of what it will export if you get the excel export (if you look carefully you’ll note that the number of entries is clearly less than what it would normally export)
