Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: Firefox 89.0.

Expected behavior:

  • The possibility of setting for the time of ticket settlement was a minimum of 0.5h.
  • Possibility to build a trigger that will monitor the times for the ticket settlement .

Actual behavior:

  • not applicable

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • I want to settle a ticket for a minimum of 30 minutes and more, e.g. 0.5h, 1h, 1.5h, etc.

What you’re trying to achieve is not possible with Zammad.
Creating a feature request on this board for the community to vote may help.

-personal thought-
I’ve never seen such a requirement. If you have minimum time fees I believe this could be workarounded without requiring Zammad to provide such a functionality.
