Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.3

  • Used Zammad installation type: package

  • Operating system: Debian GNU/Linux 11

  • Browser + version: console migration

Expected behavior:

  • migration works

Actual behavior:

  • migration breaks with ERROR when in OTRS a owner of a closed ticket was disabled or lost his rights for the Queue the ticket is in, tho owner is invalid or the queue is invalid.
    It is important to migrate this datas cause of ticket-history so i can’t change them in the production-otrs

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • migrate otrs where users and/or queues grew invalid or rights have changed
