I have a question regarding the Zammad system and it goes like this:
Together with some other colleagues we worked in Zammad (Each of them with their own respective users), where we were all part of an email domain. Now we have to change this domain, for example, from @oldcompany.com to @newcompany.com.
My specific question is: when these users in Zammad change their email domain as well as their Organization (of the old company), will all the tickets from the user with the old domain be transferred to the one with the new domain without deleting anything.
If this is possible, can someone tell me how.
Noted: After I tried to change the Organization for a particular user, he did not get all the old tickets from the old email/organization to the new one.
Again, I need the old tickets of a user to continue to be active and in the dashboard with the label in the new email even after the users Email/Organization is changed.
